One of the largest refugee settlements for the Vulnii collective, this massive home-away-from-homeworld is located far from any towns or cities, along the Guadalupe Mountains. It is largely underground, hollowed out and fabricated with advanced alien technology. On the surface, all there is to mark it is a single, squarish office building in the middle of nowhere, populated by the more human-looking species and offering the appearance of legitimacy.
