Everyone loves the Irish, right? Though one sixth of it is considered a part of the United Kingdom, a majority of the island is actually a sovereign state; with Dublin as the capitol, Ireland has seen relatively little extraterrestrial turmoil, especially considering its neighbor. Nonetheless, the country has fallen in hard times; in the wake of the Miracle, Ireland was forced to declare itself bankrupt, and since then the recovery has been a gradual affair.
